The team…
The Systems and Development Team supports key business applications across Integrated Adults and Social Care Services and Children’s Social Care and Lifelong Learning. The team is responsible for managing, co-ordinating and developing case management systems and business applications; facilitating the implementation, development and support, of these systems to help improve service delivery.
About the role….
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are looking for a Systems Development Analyst to work on a 12 month fixed term contract initially, to work with our existing team in developing and improving our system applications across Adults and Social Care Services and Children’s Social Care and Lifelong Learning.
Reporting to the Systems Applications Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the team to identify and understand system requirements and improvements by examining and analysing existing workflows and business processes; ensuring delivery and ongoing development of these systems to meet current and future service needs and provide the best support for system users.
The successful candidate will have highly developed skills in developing systems, knowledge of IT software processes and packages along with a desirable broad knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation in children and adult services. You will have the capability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and build effective relationships, to develop IT systems and processes.
